Obituary for Inez Oxford Whether asleep or awake, death's impending doom is over we all, noiseless as well as ceaseless in his advance, in his wake he leaves his victim. Infancy, in its purity, youth in its beauty, and age in its honor finds no escape. So it is with our dear friend just in the bloom of pure womanhood. Inez was born 9 Feb 1906 departed this life 15 Apr 1927. She leaves a father, mother, five sisters and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her loss. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. W.E. Dutton at Rock Creek Church. The remains were taken to the Adams cemetery and laid beside her only brother who died about 4 years ago and a sister who died a little over a year ago. Dear parents and sisters do not weep for Inez has escaped the sorrows of this life and now resides in a fairer clime. Some day, somewhere we will meet you again. A friend.
