Obituary for Phoeba Oxford She departed this life Sept 1, 1893. She was the daughter of Wilmer and Harriet Oxford and was the eldest of four children. Her little brothers had gone on before and she leaves a dear father, mother and a little sister. Live faithful, dear parents, and meet your dear little ones in heaven, where all is love, and teach little Mamie that there is a Home above where she will meet her dear sister and brothers. Little Phoeba was laid to rest in the Irby cemetery, by the side of her brothers, to await the resurrection morn.
