She was 86 years, 1 month and 17 days. She was married to John Reiner September 18, 1898. To this union were born four children: Carrie Klingler of Dorrisville; Elmer Reiner of Karbers Ridge, Dora Reiner, Bertha Ledbetter, the last two named have preceded her in death. Her husband died September 26, 1923. Aunt Phoebe, as she was called, professed faith in Christ several years ago and joined the Presbyterian Church at Good Hope, which she lived a faithful Christian until death. She leaves to mourn her loss three children, George Pyles, New Haven, Carrie Klinger, Elmer Reiner and three step-children: Sophie Hines of Murphysboro, Mary Schroll and Louis Reiner: also one brother Austin Pyles of Karbers Ridge; one sister Mary Jane Vinyard, Karbers Ridge and several grandchildren and other relatives and a host of friends. After the death of her husband her health began to fail and she often said she was willing and ready to go.
