Elkins Juhl sljuhl1234@yahoo.com May 17, 2012, 12:24 pm The Daily Dispatch Newspaper, dated: Thursday, 21 July 1992, page: E6 **OBITUARY: “GEORGE ‘PAT’ CARRICO Services for George H. “Pat” Carrico, Geneseo, are 11 a.m. Friday at St. Malachy’s Catholic Church, Geneseo, where he was a member. Burial is in North Cemetery, Geneseo. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the church. Memorials may be made to the George H. Carrico Memorial Fund. Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Homes, Geneseo, is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Carrico died Wednesday, July 22, 1992, at Hammond-Henry Hospital, Geneseo. He was born in Corning, Ind., the son of Charles and Rose Nelson Carrico. He married the late Bernice Hopkins in Davenport. He married Helen DeKezel Nov. 27, 1970, in Geneseo. He was educated in southern Indiana and attended the Maytag School, Newton, Iowa. He worked as a tool-and-die designer and was employed by Chrysler Corp., the Rock Island Arsenal, Reynolds Engineering and Pritchard Implement Co., Geneseo. He enjoyed horticulture, fly fishing and making trips to the Canadian wilderness.
