VanDeWoestyne, 55, of R.R. 4, Geneseo, died yesterday in Hammond - Henry Hospital after an illness of two weeks. Services will be at 9 Saturday morning in St. Malachy’s Catholic Church here, with the Rev. George Herbach officiating. Burial will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery in Atkinson. The Rosary will be recited at 8:15 tomorrow night in the church. Friends may call tomorrow afternoon and evening at the Myers Funeral Home here. He was born Oct. 26, 1908 in Atkinson, the son of Desire and Emma VanDeWoestyne. He attended Atkinson schools and had farmed the last 24 years near here. He married Clara DeKezel, Dec. 30, 1939 in Geneseo. He was a member of St. Malachy’s Catholic Church. Survivors include the widow; one daughter, Mrs. Charles C.
