TO THE JUDGE OF THE COUNTY COURT OF Henry County, Aug Ter, A.D., 1893.
The undersigned Nathaniel Tucker, Executor of the last Will and
Testament of William Martin deceased, 
would respectfully submit to the Court the following report of his acts
and doings as such Executor from his Appointment to Aug 30 A.D. 1893. 
He charge Himself with the following, to wit:

*Transcriber's note:  The reference herein to "cars" is regarding "coal
cars" used to move coal from the mines.  William Martin, deceased, 
owned a coal mine and Mr. Tucker was at this point, several years 
after the death of Mr. Martin, liquidating the equipment.  
This was probably due to the fact that by 1893, most of Mr. William
Martin's sons had relocated to Iowa and a provision of Mr. Martin's will
stated that the coal mines could not be rented out or sold to anyone 
outside the family until his widow had passed on or remarried. 
 Mr. William Martin died in 1877, while his widow, Martha Tucker Martin, 
sister of the Executor Nathaniel Martin, died in 1919.
