In the Matter of the Claim of Harvey Hollingsworth
vs The estate of William Hollingsworth Deceased.

And now comes Henry C. Hollingsworth by Hilscher & Goodyear and W.H. Kelgore 
his attorney, and says that he is one of the children and heir at law of this 
said William Hollingsworth dec and as such has an interest in said estate and 
objects to the allowance of said claim and prays that said claim maybe sit 
down by the Court for a hearing and that strict proof of the claim maybe 
required under the rules of law.

Additional Comments:
William Hollingsworth was my gr gr grandfather.  When I viewed the probate 
file I found no evidence of what eventually happened to this claim.  Harvey 
Hollingsworth was my gr grandfather.  He was the child of William and Sarah 
Weeks Hollingsworth. I never saw a previous marriage mentioned in any of the 
documentation and letters I received on William so I was curious about this 
supposed half brother. I never could locate anything on Henry C Hollingsworth.
