Augusta Krumwiede Funeral Services Tuesday at Buckley Funeral services were held Tuesday (Dec. 24, 1946) at 1:30 p.m. from St. John's Lutheran church in Buckley for Mrs. Augusta Koschnick Krumwiede, 68, who died suddenly at 3:40 a.m. Sunday at Paxton Community hospital where she had been taken Friday for x-rays. She had been ill for several months. The Rev. E. M. Goltermann officiated with burial in St. John's cemetery. The deceased was born June 1, 1878, in Muerendorf, Germany, the daughter of William and Wilhelmina Koschnick. The family came to Buckley in her childhood and she attended the schools in that community. On October 28, 1897, she was married to George A. Krumwiede, who survives her. Surviving are the husband, four sons, Raymond H., Edwin and Orlin, all of Buckley and Lawrence A. of Aurora; one daughter, Mrs. Frances Steffey, Chicago; two brothers, Gustav K., Buckley, and Edward, Elgin; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Mueller and Mrs. Meta Flessner, both of St. Louis.
