BULL, 68 Funeral services for CECIL D. BULL, 68, of Gilman, formerly of rural Danforth, were held on Saturday, Dec. 31, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Danforth. Officiating was Rev. ROBERT DOWNS. Burial was at the St. Mary's Cemetery in Gilman. Pallbearers were ERIC BULL, SCOTT BULL, DAVID BULL, MARK BULL, CARL GOBEN, & MIKE WILLIAMS. Honorary Pallbearers were DONALD BRETZMAN, HARRY KOETS, DALE SCHULER, & RONALD ZACHGO. Organist was MARILYN WILSEN. Soloist was WILLENE ZACHGO. Mr. Bull died following a short illness at 1:15 a,m., Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2006, at Greenbrier Health Care Center in Piper city. He was born March 11, 1937, in rural Danforth to CLARENCE N. & ETHEL D. (CXOTTER) BULL. He mrried ELAINE C. WASMER on Aug. 9, 1958 in Gilman. She survives. Other survivors include three sons, ALAN & KATHY BULL of Gilman, and RODNEY & JEAN BULL of Platteville, Wisconsin, and ROBERT & CHRISTIAN BULL of Franklin, Indiana; 16 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one sister, PHYLLIS & ROSCOE MASON of Gilman. Preceding him in death are his parents; and one son, Jeffrey. Mr. Bull attended rural schools in the Danforth area and graduated from Gilman High School in 1955. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Danforth. He was a retired farmer, and did custom bailing and corn shelling. He enjoyed woodworking, mechanics and helping others.
