       SERVICES TO BE HELD FOR LOUISE HULZENGA

Visitqtion for EDITH LOUISE HUIZENGA, 93, of Danforth, will be held on Friday, 
January 6, from 1-2 p.m. with funeral services at 2:00 p.m. with funeral 
services at 2:00 at hte Redenius Funeral Home in Gilman.  Officiating will be 
Rev. DONALD J. MacDONALD III.  Burial will be at the Danforth Cemetery in 
Danforth.

Mrs. Huiznga died at 8:15 p.m. on Sunday, January 1,2006, at Prairieview 
Lutheran Home in Danorth.  She was born on Feb. 23, 1912 in Hudson, to JOSEPH 
D. & BERTHA C. (STARKEY) GUILDERSLEVE.  She married LAMBERTUS (BERT) HUIZENGA 
in 1942.  He preceded her in death.

Survivors include one son, PAUL & KAREN HUIZENGA of Moline, one daughter-in-
law, MARLENE HUIZENGA of Gilman; two granddaughters; two great-grandchildre; 
and one sister, DOROTHY STOTLER of Hudson.

Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, one son, JOSEPH and two 
grandchildren, MARY LOUISE & DANIEL.

Mrs. Huizenga attended Illinois State University in Normal from 1931 to 1932.  
She graduated from Olivet Nazarene College in 1966 with a bachelor degree in 
teaching.  

Memorials may be made to Prairieview Lutheran Home in Danforth.

Arrangements were made by Redenius Funeral Home in Gilman.
