             SERVIES HELD FOR SUSANNA J. McCLELLAN

Memorial services for Susanna McCellan, 84, of Herscher, formerly of Cullom 
(Livingston County, Illinois), were held on Friday, Dec. 30, 2005, at St. 
John's Lutheran Church in Cullom.  Officiating was Rev. TRUDY FOOTE.

Mrs. McCLELLAN died at 10:02 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2005, in Provena-St. 
Mary's Hospital in Kankakee.  She was born on May 29, 1921, in Doone, Iowa to 
PETER N. & ANNIE (VanGRONIGEN) SLUIS.  She married ALVIN WOODROW McCLELLAN on 
Jan. 27, 1938 in Momence.  He died on April 19, 1998.

Survivors include three sons, ALLEN J. & BONNIE McCLELLAN, of Gilman, SAMUEL 
R. McCELLAN, of Bradford, Tennessee, and DENNIS L. & PAT McCLELLAN, of Mesa, 
Arizona; three daughters, KAREN S. HORAN, of Ellijay, Georgia, SHARON K. 
KIMBRO. of Cullom, and SUSAN & MIKE BRUNER, of Herscher; 21 grandchildren; 29, 
great-grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

Preceding her in death are her parents, her husband, one daughter, MARILYN  in 
infancy, four brothers; one sister; and two grandchildren.

Mrs. McClellan was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and the Skinner-
Trost American Legion Auxiliary.

The family suggests that memorials be amde to St. John's Lutheran Church in 
Cullom.

Arrangements were made by Harris-Martin-Burke Funeral Home in Cullom.
