Adjustment Notice

All persons having claims against the estate of Mary A. WILL, deceased, are
hereby notified and requested to attend and present such claims to the County
Court of Jackson County, Illinois, for the purpose of having the same adjusted
at a term of said Court, to be held at the Court House, in the City of
Murphysboro, in said County, on the first Monday of July, 1930, being the 7th
day thereof, at 10 a.m.  Dated May 5th, 1930.  Mesker MASSEY, Executor.  L. R.
STEWART, Attorney for the Estate.

hereby notified and requested to attend and present such claims to the County
Court of Jackson County, Illinois, for the purpose of having the same adjusted
at a term of said Court, to be held at the Court House, in the City of
Murphysboro, in said County, on the first Monday of July, 1930, being the 7th
day thereof, at 10 a.m.  Dated May 5th, 1930.  Nellie QUALLS, Administratrix.

Publication Notice

State of Illinois, County of Jackson:
In the Circuit Court, to June Term, A. D. 1930.
The City National Bank of Murphysboro, Illinois vs. Floy GEARHART, Alice G.
DAINS, Helen GEARHART, and Mrs. W. D. NORTH
Bill to Foreclose Real Estate Mortgage, etc.
The requisite affidavit having been filed, notice is hereby given to the
above-named non-resident defendants, Alice G. DAINS and Mrs. W. D. NORTH, that
the above named complainant filed its bill of complaint on the 1st day of April
1930, in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Illinois, on the Chancery side
thereof, in the above entitled cause, and that a summons issued out of said
Court returnable to said Court on the first day of June Term, 1930, to be held
at the Court House, in Murphysboro, in said County.  Now, unless you, the said
named non-resident defendants shall personally be and appear before said Court
on the 23rd day of June 1930 and plead, answer or demur to said bill of
complaint, judgment by default will be entered against you according to the
prayer of said bill.
