The Murphysboro Daily Independent, Murphysboro, IL April 1, 1948

Mrs. Billy Frazier was feted with a pink and blue shower Tuesday evening at the
home of Mrs. John DOUGLAS.

Games were played and prizes awarded to Mesdames Lydia WORTHEN and Gertrude
BEASLEY.

Refreshments of ice cream and cake were served to the following persons:
Marjorie AUSTIN, Lydia WORTHEN, Gertrude BEASLEY, Gusta RAINS, Loraine COOK,
Gertie HALE, Dorothy ROSEME, Gertie NEUMAN, Letha DOUGLAS, Doris DOUGLAS and
son, Tommy, and Miss Opal GRAY and the guest of honor.

Those unable to attend were: Mesdames Anna PUGH, Robert FRAZIER, Mary NOLTE,
Katheryn BOONE, Nellie BOONE, Will ELLETT, Anna PHILLIP, Sarah ATKINS, Pearl
COOK, Doris WOLFF, Wilma LIPE, Bill WOLFF, Lucille PERCHSBERGER.
