Sgt. David L. RODDEN has been transferred from Camp Blanding, Fla., to Camp
Robinson, Ark. His address is 20606540, Service Co., 264th Inf. Camp Robinson, Ark.

The address of Henry LOY, husband of Mrs. Helen LOY, is 36679018, is Hdq. Co.
17, Port Mobile T. C. New Orleans Staking Area, Louisiana.

Pvt. Harvey C. LIPE's address is 36760549 Co. E., 6th Bn. Port,
A.S.F.U.T.C.N.O.S.A., New Orleans, 12 La.

Pvt. Kenneth H. JONES, of Mr. & Mrs. William JONES of Murphysboro, Route Four,
has been transferred from Camp Granite, Calif., to Camp Gruber, Okla.

Pfc. Leslie KOOONCE, former resident of Campbell Hill, is attending the
Antiaircraft Artillery School at Camp Davis, N.C.

Pvt. A. Vince GENOVESE's address is A.S.N. 36760587, 344th A.A.F. Band, A.A.F.
Pilot's School, (Basic) Bainbridge, Ga.

Sgt. Charles Edward SMITH of Ford Leonard Wood, Mo., has been transferred to Los
Angeles, Calif. He is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Charles SMITH of Route One,
Murphysboro.

Cpl. Earl LAWRENCE's address is Battery "b", 485th SAA, A.W. Bn. APO182, Unit 4,

Pfc. Ed C. ALTHOFF, son of Mrs. Sophia ALTHOFF, has completed a course at Fort

Sgt. Billy E. BILDERBACK, has recently been transferred, FROM Parks Air College,
East St. Louis, to Randolph Field, Tex. His new address is Office of the
Surgeon, AAFCFTC, Box 248, Randolph Field, Tex.

A-C Warren RAGSDALE graduated from the U.S. Navel Flight Preparatory School at
Murray State Teachers College, Murray, Ky., August 29, after successfully
completing three months training there as a cadet.

Pvt. Alfred Cleo McLAUGHLIN's address is 36377249, APO 960, care of Postmaster,
San Francisco, Calif.

Pvt. Robert (Gene) RISELING's address is Co. B 26th Bn. A.S.N. 36747143, Bks.

Pvt. William E. (Bill) RISELING's address is Btry C. 839th AAA (A.W.) Bn. Fort
Bliss, Texas.

R. McMILLAN, S 2-c, son of Mr. & Mrs. Cecil McMILLAN of Route Two, Murphysboro,
has been sent to the U.S. Navel Air Training Center at Pensacola. His address is
V-5, Barracks 656, Rm 1325, U.S.N.A.T.C. Pensacola, Fla.

A-C Burrell D. SAYLORS has completed his preliminary training at Bloomington,
and has been transferred to the U.S. Navy pre-flight school at Iowa City. His

Room 52, A Sqd. Iowa City, Ia.

Floyd Woodrow CLEMENTS, F 3-c, has been transferred to Sub. Chaser Training
Center, care of M.A.A. Pool, Pier No. 2, Miami, Fla.

Pvt. Felix A. SMITH, husband of Mrs. Stella M. SMITH of Carbondale and former
Murphysboro resident, has been stationed at Jefferson Barracks. Before his
induction he was a service station attendant at the Claude C. BILDERBACK station
here.

Eugene CHAMBERS has been promoted to the rank of Sergeant. He may be written to
 at APO 4584, ASN 36057951, care of Postmaster, San Francisco, Calif.
