Randolph PIERON has returned to Brookfield, Mo., where is he employed after visiting his mother in this city. Geo. BAUER was a visitor in St. Louis Sunday. Burl CRAIN was a business visitor in East St. Louis Monday. Mr. & Mrs. A. SCHMITZ have returned to their home in Belleville after visiting in this city with relatives and friends. Jim McMANUS and family of California are expected to arrive today to visit here. Irvin SCHMITZ has returned to his home in Belleville after visiting in this city. Chas. McCLURE has returned to Troy, Ill., after visiting with his family a few days. Paul MARTIN of Sparta is visiting in this city for a few days, Mrs. Chrissy HALDAMAN has returned home after visiting in DeSoto. Mrs. Elmer LOOS is improving nicely at her home on North 22nd street. Thomas EATON of Sparts is visiting in this city a few days. Chas. JONES of Marissa spend Monday in this city. Mr. & Mrs. A. KEIL have returned to their home in West Frankfort after visiting relatives and friends in this city. Henry KEIL has returned to West Frankfort where he is employed after spending the week in this city with his family. Cicil JOHNSTON has returned to his home in Granite City after visiting in this city. Herdy PATE of Detroit, Mich., is visiting at the home of his brother, Ira PATE, of Herbert street. Mrs. Joe LEINERT and daughter, Mrs. Tom JONES, motored to Ava Monday. Mrs. Jack STAPLES is visiting her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Clayburn WILLIAMS, of Alto Pass. Mr. & Mrs. Raymond HATCHER of East St. Louis are visiting with the latter's parents, Mr. & Mrs. Ed PIQUARD, of Herbert street. Jennings PIGOTT of Walnut Street who has been very ill, is unimproved. Mrs. Edward PIQUARD of Herbert street is suffering with an injured hand, she received while canning Monday. Mr. & Mrs. Creath DOWNEN and baby of Chester, were visitors at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Floyd CLEMENTS Sunday. Ray WARD was a business visitor in St. Louis Tuesday. Charles CHEATHAM of Bardaman, Miss., is spending a few days with his mother, Mrs. Sam CHEATHAM, who is ill at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. D. JOPLIN, of Elm street. Mrs. Cheatham is some improved. Bert CHEATHAM of East St. Louis spend Monday wit his mother here. Harry RAINES spend Monday in Belleville. Mr. & Mrs. Rolla REEDER and daughter, Ida Lee, Mrs. Ollie SKAGGS and daughter, Eileen, and Mrs. Ida DOTY spend Sunday in Belleville with Mr. & Mrs. Ray HAGLER.
