The Daily Independent Newspaper, Murphysboro, IL May 26, 1930

Notice is hereby given to all parties interested in said estate that a paper
purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Thomas McDonald, now deceased,
was filed in the Probate Court of Jackson County, Illinois, on the 6th day of
May, 1930 and that application for probate will be heard on the Third Monday,
being the 16th day of Juen A.D., 1930 at 10 op'clock a.m.  Dated at Murphysboro,
Illinois, this 17th day of May, A.D., 1930.  Boyd THORP, County Clerk.  Isaac K.
