The company was organized in 1892 and plans drawn immediately and work on the building commenced. It was finished in 1893 and opened for business in March of the same year. It is one of the largest flour mills in this end of the state and is equipped throughout with the most modern machinery. Philip EISENMAYER, one of the original stockholders, was president of the company from the time the company was organized until his death a few years ago. The company manufactures a number of well known brands of flour among them being Faultless, Matchless, Uncle Sam and Oriental soft wheat flours. They are distributors of I. H. and Bonner brands of hard wheat flour. John RUPPERT is in active charge of the business.
