The indictment was based on evidence of alleged manufacture of real beer. The indictment resulted from the seizure of 500 cases of alleged real beer at Herrin, Ill., six weeks ago, by Chief Prohibition Enforcement Agent M. T. KIGGINS of East St. Louis. The indictment did not name individual officers of the corporation. The case will be tried in the East St. Louis federal court.
