Information from Pettett Funeral Home, Murphysboro, Jackson Co., IL
MURPHYSBORO: Y. B. (Yona Bert) FLEMING, 81 of 322 N. 11th St., Murphysboro will
be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Meyer-Denny Funeral Home in Murphysboro. The Rev. Jack
FRICK will officiate. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Memorial Park in
Murphysboro. 

(Yona died July 5, 1969 at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital in Murphysboro.) He was
born May 30, 1888, in Pomona, the son of George and Louella REYNOLDS FLEMING. He
was married to Helena M. ROBINSON of July 5, 1908, in Murphysboro. Mr. FLEMING
was a member of the United Methodist Church in Murphysboro. He was a retired
boiler engineer for Lustour Corporation. He is survived by his wife, a daughter,
Mrs. Loren W. THOMAS of Carbondale and sisters Mrs. Hattie GRAMMER, Mrs. Arthur
O'GUINN and Mrs. Hazel FULMER, all of Murphysboro. Friends may call at the
funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
