Three infant sisters, Lucy, Margaret and Martha; two brothers, George and Charles, and parents preceded her to the great beyond. She was united in marriage with Martin HOLLIDAY Nov. 13, 1884, whom with the four children, Ralph of Elkville, Harry, Mrs. Maude WAYMAN and Mrs. Gladys AIKEN of Murphysboro, five grandchildren and one half-brother, Fred POOLE of DuQuoin, together with relatives and a host of friends are left to mourn her leaving. She was converted and united with the Methodist church in early girlhood, was of a very sunny and Christian disposition, always met the reverses and disappointments of life that befalls the average person with consideration, giving every cloud a silver lining. Her life was, an obedient and dutiful daughter, an affectionate sister, kind loving wife, mother and grandmother and good neighbor. Our loss being her gain, though we can't keep from saying.
