He had been in ill health for years and had been sent to the hospital at Anna several times because of his condition. He was 70 years old and leaves two brothers, White WOODS and Annison WOODS. Funeral rites will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Methodist Church (colored). The Rev. John GUY is being sought as minister. The body will be buried in Mt. Carbon cemetery.
