W. Hutton, a physician of that village. An automatic revolver was used, and nine bullets took effect, two of them piercing the victim's heart. At the coroner's inquest Hutton was exonerated, the homicide being declared justifiable. There were no witnesses to the shooting. Swick leaves a wife and children, while Hutton has been divorced.
