Elgin Every Saturday - Saturday, June 5, 1897
Mrs. Lucinda Hammond died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Wait, on Summit 
street, May 27, aged nearly 76 years.  Eight children survive her.  Interment at 
Little Woods Cemetery.
