MICHAEL JONES

 Michael Jones, 29, formerly of Barton funeral services  will be  held at 9 
a.m. Saturday at the Zion Gate Missionary Baptist Church in Kankakee, Illinois.

He was born Oct. 3, 1964 to Betty Bell and the late Charlie Jones in Barton 

 Attended Oneida School for a short period of time.

	In 1976, he moved to Kankakee where he became a member of the Zion M. 
B. Church.  He remained a member until his death on Sunday, Feb. 6, 1994.

	Survivors are  his wife, Priscilla Jones of Minneapolis, Minnesota, 
two sons, Quincy and Michael Jones Jr.; his mother and stepfather, Betty and 
Henry Gray of Kankakee; his grandmother, Mrs. Betty Bell of Kankakee; four 
sisters, Jackie Jones and Sandra Britton, both of Kankakee, Karen Morales of 
Los Angeles, California and Lawanda Rodgers Leilua of San Francisco, and a 
brother, Melvin Jones of Kankakee.
	
Jones also leaves several aunts and uncles living in Phillips County.  They 
include Florence Sims and Lena Burnett of Poplar Grove, Cora Fulcher of Rondo, 
Fannie Fulcher of Barton, Everlena James and Shirley Bell, both of West 
Helena; and Steve Bell of Helena.
