Services for Mrs. Bell Williams, 93, who had lived in Kendall county since she
was 4, will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the Lutheran church in Newark, Kendall
county.  She died Wednesday in the home of her niece, Mrs. Marie Munson of
Newark.  Mrs. Williams was the mother of the late Judge Clarence F. Williams of
the Kendall county court.  A son, Gerald of Oak Park, and three grandchildren
survive.
