This is a family cemetery, on land once owned by the Gridley family. It is surrounded by an iron fence with a locked gate. Gridley, John died 8 Apr 1872 aged 90yrs 6mo 12ds. Seely, Nancy died 28 Oct 1847 aged 58yrs 2mos 7ds wife of John Gridley. Gridley, Elizabeth died 22 Aug 1848 aged 29yrs 27ds daughter of John and Nancy Seely wife of Joseph H. Mason. Mason, Margaret N. died 5 Apr 1841 aged 2mos daughter of Elizabeth and Joseph Mason. Mason, Joseph Owen died 27 Aug 1848 aged 7mos 3ds. son of Elizabeth and Joseph Mason. Gridley, Elisha died 7 Jan 1881 aged 63yrs 7mos 14ds. Hunnewell, Charlotte S. died 9 Oct 1874 aged 47yrs 21ds wife of Elisha Gridley Gridley, Edwin died 12 Aug 1856 aged 9mos. 13ds. Son of Elisha and Charlotte Gridley. Gridley, Charlotte Emma died 1 Aug 1863 aged 2yrs 27ds. Daughter of Elisha and Charlotte Gridley. Gridley, Albert E. died 21 Sep 1868 aged 1yr 7mos 13ds. Son of Elisha and Charlotte Gridley. Gridley, George Newton Born 1851, died 1931. Son of Elisha and Charlotte Gridley. Husband of Annah Bilinski. Bilinski, Annah Born 1859, died 1918. A monument was erected at the cemetery that reads: GRIDLEY This monument honors the pioneers JOHN AND NANCY SEELY GRIDLEY, who in 1835, came from Onondaga, New York, with their sons, Elisha, George, and John and daughters, Elizabeth, Mary, and Louisa; and on an adjacent tract of several hundred acres, acquired from the United States Government, built their Log dwelling.
