OTHER INFORMATION: A Veteran - served Navy during World War II where he was a
gunner aboard an L.S.T. at Omaha Beach on June 6, 1944 and he served during the
Korean Conflict from 1947 to 1952. Preceded in death by two brothers, Albert and
Walter; and his parents, Walter and Marie Ackerman.
