ATTORNEY C.L. BROWN DIES AT 65

Clarence L. Brown, 65, of 1107 Hickory St., attorney and police magistrate for
24 years, died Saturday at Victory Memorial Hospital.

Services will be held from the Peterson Funeral Home.

Brown, who lived in Waukegan all his life, was a member of the Waukegan Elks
Lodge, the Lake County and Illinois Bar Associates, and the Waukegan Kiwanis Club.

He is survived by two sons, one brother, three sisters, and nine grandchildren.

Clarence L. Brown, 65, of 1107 Hickory St., Waukegan, died Saturday, March 11,
1967 in Victory Memorial Hospital.

He was born October 10, 1901 and was a lifelong resident of Waukegan.  Mr. Brown
was PER of Waukegan Elks Lodge No. 702, a member of the Lake County and Illinois
Bar Associations and a member of the Waukegan Kiwanis Club.  Mr. Brown served as
police magistrate for twenty-four years.

Survivors include two sons, a brother, three sisters, and nine grandchildren.
