PROMINENT ART TEACHER PASSES 
Funeral services for Mrs. A. L. Cox, 63, of 2055 Grove ave. North Chicago, 
widely known In Lake county for her art work, will be held at 2 p. m. tomorrow 
from the Wetzel and Peterson funeral home. Burial will be In the North Shore 
Garden of Memories cemetery.

Mrs. Cox died at 9:55 pm Monday after two weeks' Illness. She had conducted art 
classes In North Chicago many years and her paintings have taken prizes In many 
exhibitions, at Portland. Ore, in California, and In Waukegan,  Mrs. Cox 
recently conducted classes in the Walachian Y.W.C.A.

Survivors are the husband, two daughters, Miss Grace Gutermute,. and Mrs. M. L. 
Hunt. Petaluma, Cal and two sons, Earl Gutermute and Frank Gutermute.
