AERIAL OBSERVER MISSING


Lieut. Homer Dahringer, aerial observer with the United States aviation corps, is 
reported missing in action in a war department telegram received yesterday by his 
parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Dahringer of Waukegan.  He was formerly a student at 
the University of Illinois, where he played on the varsity basketball and 
football teams.  He received his commission at Fort Sheridan.

Buried in Pineview Memorial Park Cemetery, Beach Park, Lake County, Illinois
