Devlin, 53 years of age, died Sunday evening at seven o'clock at her home in Wadsworth. She had been in poor health for the past two years. She died in the same home where she was born and had lived all her life. She was well known throughout the county and her many friends will be sadly grieved at her passing. She leaves to mourn her loss besides her many friends, her brother, Edward T. Devlin who shared the old home with her, and five sisters--Mrs. T. A. Kelly and Mrs. Katherine Carney of Wadsworth; Mrs. Margaret Degan, of Chicago; Mrs. Susie Carney and Miss Mary Devlin of Waukegan, the last named being the principal of the West school here. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday morning at ten o'clock, standard time, at Wadsworth. Burial will take place in St. Patrick's cemetery. LEFT MANY RELATIVES Miss Sarah A. Devlin, 53, who lived her lifetime on the Devlin homestead three miles northwest of Wadsworth, died suddenly Sunday evening at 7 o'clock after having been in poor health and under the care of a physician for two years. She died in the home in which she was born and where she has always lived. Besides a brother, Edward, with whom she had made her home, the following sisters were left to mourn: Mrs. T. A. Kelly and Mrs. Catherine Carney, both of Wadsworth, Mrs. Margaret Degan, Chicago, and Mrs. Susie Carney and Miss Mary Devlin, both of Waukegan. Miss Mary Devlin is principal of the West school. Funeral services are to be held Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock in St. Patricks church, Wadsworth, with burial in St. Patricks cemetery there.
