OTHER INFORMATION: Member of Local 93 Journeyman Plumbers' union, a Fourth 
degree member of the Knights of Columbus, a member of the Libertyville American 
Legion post and an honorary member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. A sister, 
Octavia Duba, preceded him in death.

Note: Paul J. Duba was also survived by his unborn son, Craig F Duba, who was born
