The Independent Register, Libertyville - November 29, 1979
William P. Hecketsweiler, 92, died Nov. 26 in the Westmont Nursing Home in
Westmont.  

He was born Aug. 3, 1887 in Mundelein and had been a lifelong resident of this
area.  He was a retired farmer.

He is survived by his widow, Dela; one son, George (Helen) of Mundeline; one
daughter, Gladys (Lawrence) Loomis of Hinsdale; one grandson; one granddaughter;
two great-grandsons; two sisters, Esther Radke of Grayslake and Rachel (Francis)
Weinberg, of Augusta.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28 in Ivanhoe Congregational Church with
Rev. Wayne Nowack officiating.

Buried in Ivanhoe Cemetery, Mundelein, Lake County, Illinois
