Mrs. Glenn D. Nalley, 70, of 128 N Jackson St, Waukegan, widow of Charles David 
Nalley; for years editor of the Libertyville Independent, died last Thursday in 
St. Therese hospital, Waukegan.
Mr. Nalley died in 1937.  Mrs. Nalley was born January 9, 1896 in Carlisle, 
Indiana but had lived in the county more than 50 years.  Surviving are a 
daughter, Mrs. Frances Fornero, Waukegan News Sun feature writer and former 
society editor of the Chicago Hearld-American and the Chicago Daily News; and 
two sisters, Mrs. Gretchen Moore, River Forest and Mrs. Carol Barton, Waukegan; 
and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday in the Waukegan Christian church with burial 
in Oakwood cemetery, Waukegan.
