Mrs. Andrew Phillips Dies at Hospital After Illness

Mrs. Andrew Phillips, whose illness was noted in yesterday's Gazette, died at 
the hospital at 1:30 this morning after a painful and lingering illness.

Mrs. Anna Phillips, the wife of Andrew Phillips, of 762 Marion Street, was born 
in Neustadt, Prussia, in December 1864.  Her maiden name was Miss Anna Tessman 
and she was well known and highly respected in this city.

Surviving her besides her husband, Andrew, are seven children, as follows: 
Frank, Tony, Joe, Augustus, Margaret, Leo and John.

The funeral will take place Monday at 9 o'clock from St. Joseph's.
