Pioneer County Resident and Father of Libertyville Woman Dies at Age of 94

Thomas Rudd, 94, pioneer Lake county resident and father of Mrs. Katherine 
Bietzel of Libertyville died Saturday at his farm home on O'Plain rd., south of 
Rte 120 near Waukegan.

He had been a resident of Lake county all his life, and had lived for 83 years 
on the farm at which his death occurred.  

Surviving are three sons and six daughters, 33 grandchildren, and 42 great-
grandchildren.  Services were held Tuesday at 10 a.m. with burial at St. Mary's 
cemetery.
