Lake County Independent- March 30, 1900
Saturday, Francis Rudd, of Waukegan, died after a four week illness. Deceased had 
resided in Lake County over sixty years, having come here in 1837, locating near 
Warrenton Grove. He resided there until about 1890 when he moved to Waukegan.

Buried in St. Mary's Cemetery, Waukegan, Lake County, Illinois
Buried with his wife, Hannah and his son, Thomas
