Obituary Extraction:

Jerry Spencer, 47, of Waukegan, Illinois died Friday, March 10, 1989 in Waukegan 
after a lengthy illness.  He was born March 17, 1941 in New Orleans, Louisiana and 
had been a resident of this area for 13 years.  Survivors include his wife, Rose.
