Waukegan News Sun - May 28, 1949
The funeral of Irwin L. Stockstill, 54, of 436 Julian st., Waukegan, who died
Wednesday night, will be held at 3 p.m. today in Christ Episcopal church,
Waukegan.  Mr. Stockstill was vice president of the Waukegan Federation of
Musicians No. 284 and was a member of the band commission of the Waukegan park
board.  He formerly was a member of the Waukegan Township High School board and
was past commander of the Homer Dahringer American Legion  post.  Surviving are
his widow, Gladys; a son, Frank; a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Peters; three brothers
and two grandchildren.

Buried in Pineview Memorial Park, Beach Park, Lake County, Illinois
