Waukegan News Sun - November 18, 1972
Mrs. Myrtle Woertz, 81, of Mundelein, Illinois died NOvember 17, 1972 at the 
Lake County Nursing Home, following a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Woertz was born in Chicago, Ill February 1, 1891.  She was preceded in 
death by her husband, Frank (the co-founder of the Glen Rocks Bottling Works) 
and 2 sons, Raymond and Kenneth.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Mrs. Robert (Verna) Vagel of Mundelein, Ill and 
Mrs. Jerome (Niat) Berens of Waukegan.  Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 7 
great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:30 P.M. Monday, November 20, at the Marsh Funeral 
Home, 1521 Washington St., Waukegan with Rev. A. L. Salstrom officiating.  
Burial to be in Northshore Garden of Memories.  Visitation will be after 7 P.M. 
Sunday.
