That is to say - I give my to my son John S. Morehead, my rifel gun my one year old colt and my watch. Second I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Ann Trout the sum of five dollars to be paid by my executor in one year after my decetz. Third I give and bequeath to my wife Nancy Morehead the use of all the resedue of my estate whatsoever name or nature for the purpose of supporting my miner children during the time she remains my widow - Fourth I give and bequeath to my sun John S. Morehead my daughter Alemena Morehead my daughter Eliza Morehead my sun Orville L. Morehead my sun William Henry H. Morehead my sun Joseph Morehead & my daughter Nany Morehead each equal potion of my estate that may be left after the meredge or death of my wife Nancy Morehead. Lastly I hereby constitute and appoint my brother John Morehead to be the executor of this my last will and testament satisfying and confirming this my last will and no other to be my last will and testament.
