Obituary for Louisa Pankhurst, Lee County, Illinois April 6, 1925 Mrs. Louisa Pankhurst, beloved wife of James W. Pankhurst of China township and daughter of William and Ann Wenham Lawrence, was born in Northiam, county of Sussex, England Sept 15, 1851. At the age of 22 years she came with her parents to America and in the year 1873 she was united in marriage to James Pankhurst, settling in China township where they continuously lived until death separated them. To this union were born three children and they, as well as her parents have preceded her in death.
