Mrs. Louisa E. Snapp, wife of F. J. Snapp, superintendent of schools at Paw 
Paw, committed suicide at Maplewood sanitarium, where she had been under 
treatment for a nervous disease. She tore off a piece of sheet and hanged 
herself from a door hinge.
