Mr.Lucas was well known to all, have been engaged here in the meat business for years, although for the last few years his health did not permit him to do any labor. He was at one time a member of the Presbyterian church, but of late years made no profession. He was a good citizen and kind neighbor. He leaves a wife and children to mourn his loss.The funeral took place on Monday. He was buried in the Campbell cemetery. His family have the sympathy of all.
