The Blade, Fairbury, Illinois, Jan. 28, 1916
          Mary Ann Convis McCullough was worn near Utica, New York on February 
20th, 1843, and departed this life at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Grace 
Stockberger, west of Cropsey, Ill., Jan 9, 1916, aged 72 years, 10 months and 
11 days.
         She came west with her parents to Illinois and settled near 
Plattsville in 1847 where she grew to womanhood.  
	She was united in marriage to Ashley O. McCullough, March the 10th, 
1861, coming immediately to this vicinity and has been a resident of this 
neighborhood for nearly fifty-five years.
	She is survived by her husband and four children, also fourteen 
grandchildren.  Willard H. McCullough of Chalmers, Ind., Melvin A. McCullough 
of Hillsboro, Ind., Ora M. McCullough of West Bend Iowa and Mrs. Grace M. 
Stockberger of Cropsey.
