Stephenson, Jr., - Historian, Bock Family Association Lincoln Courier August 26, 1931 >From the records of Dorothy Laun Pleasant Reunion of Bock Family The second annual reunion of the Bock family was held at the Chautauqua Grounds on Sunday, Aug. 23 (1931). After a basket dinner at noon a group picture was taken, followed by a program and business meeting. The program consisted of the following numbers: Group singing led by Florence and Caroline Lauer. Piano solo - Marie Lauer. Music - B. M. G. orchestra Readings - Mrs. Jay Green Music - B. M. G. orchestra Guitar selection - Kermit Lawn. Vocal duet - Florence and Caroline Lauer. Song - Audrey Mae Laun. Group singing led by Florence and Caroline Lauer. The following officers were elected to serve during 1932: President, Mrs. Julia Harwood, Elkhart; vice president Walter Bock, Beason; secretary- treasurer, Miss Marie Martin of Lincoln. It was decided that the reunion be held again on the fourth Sunday of August, in 1932 at Miller Park in Bloomington.
