Stephenson, Jr., - Historian, Bock Family Association Lincoln Courier August 21, 1932 >From the records of Dorothy Laun 133 Relatives Attend Bock Family Reunion The home of Mr. and Mrs. S. T. Sparks east of this city, was an ideal place for the Bock family reunion, held there yesterday. This was the third annual reunion of this family and was attended by 133 relatives. The business session took place in the afternoon, Mrs. Julia Harwood of Elkhart presiding. During that time the following officers were elected: President, Mrs. Nick Gasaway; vice presidents, Miss Lilly Apel, Miss Elizabeth Fulscher, Glenn Martin, Wm. Bock, Harold Wilmert; secretary- treasurer, Miss Caroline Lauer. A family tree was displayed and proved most interesting. Gerard's orchestra contributed several numbers during the afternoon and selections on the ukelele played by Harold Apel of Atlanta helped to make the occasion pleasant. Adam Bock, Sr., of Lincoln, was the eldest member of the family present and Bobby Gene Myers of Greenview the youngest.
