The Daily Review [Decatur IL] January 21, 1916
Lincoln, Jan. 21-George H. Cox, for thirty-three years a practicing attorney 
in Logan county, died Thursday afternoon at the Deaconess hospital of 
pneumonia, aged 66 years. He was born in Logan county, Kentucky, and came to 
this city with his parents when two years old. No near relatives survive him.
