Stephenson, Jr., - Historian, Bock Family Association Lincoln Courier, Lincoln, Illinois Friday, February 13, 1981 Normal - Dr. Harold L. Bock, 61, of 122 Malvern Drive, a medical advisor for Illinois State University Health Services for five years, died at 1:25 p.m. Thursday Feb. 12, 1981 at Brokaw Hospital. Bock was a member of First Christian Church, Bloomington (Illinois). He was a veteran of World War II and was a member of Henderson County American Legion Post, the American Medical Association and the Illinois State Medical Society. Before coming to ISU, he was associated with Carle Clinic in Urbana. Prior to that, he was in private practice for 25 years in Stronghurst. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana and graduated from the U. of I. Medical School. He was born Oct. 13, 1919, in Elkhart, the son of Everett and Louise Gluick Bock. He married Ann Miller Sept. 13, 1942, at Elkhart. Surviving are his wife; one son, Allyn P., Peoria; two daughters, Martha E., Gibson City, and Priscilla A., Champaign; His father, Springfield; one sister, Julia Durst, Homer; and one brother, Wayne, Elkhart.
