Waynesville – George W. Finfrock, 85, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. 
Grace Goff in Westchester, Calif. Tuesday afternoon.

The body will be brought to the Pullen – Boos Funeral Chapel in Clinton.

The decedent was born June 18, 1887 in Waynesville, a son of Bowen and Ann 
Elizabeth Robb Finfrock.  He was married to Nellie Williams Aug. 10, 1909.

Surviving are five sons, Bowen, Chicago; Donald, Palagine; Charles E., 
Waynesville; George Lester, Gardena, Calif.; and Lonnie, Anchorage, Alaska; 
three daughters, Mrs. Grace Goff, Westchester, Calif.; Mrs. Lottie Scott, 
Rockford; and Mrs. Elsie Fletcher, Waynesville; 31 grandchildren; and several 
great grandchildren.

Two brothers and a sister preceded him in death.

Mr. Finfrock was a member of Wayne Masonic Lodge in Waynesville for 50 years 
and Rural Letter Carrier’s Association.
